Description
The studio has an open concept (renovated in 2012 and opened in 2013) and is located in the heart of Banyeres de Mariola, in Plaça Major.
It is a first floor with large windows where the space is completely transparent, full of light and comfortable to spend a few days of unforgettable holidays.
The space, despite being integrated, is divided into a living room with a 150 bed, a sofa (which also turns into a 150 bed), a long wardrobe and other small furniture, a 30" flat screen that can be turned towards on the bed or sofa, DVD and video library (for children and adults).
If you are traveling with small children (up to two years old), we can provide you with a fully clothed travel cot free of charge.
The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
The kitchen-dining room is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

- Electricity and water services are included in the rental prices. To confirm the reservation, 25% of the total price must be paid into the indicated bank account. The rest will be paid at the time of occupying the studio.
- When entering the studio, the client will have an inventory at his disposal. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to the owner. Claims will not be allowed once the stay has ended. A deposit of 100 euros will be deposited, which will be returned when the keys are returned, after the review of the studio.
- It is prohibited to use the studio and/or the accommodation for a number of people greater than the declared number. Entry may be denied to those undeclared persons, without the right to claim on the part of the customer.
